Usage Policy

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Coceyo and for every action you approve, including messages, calls and payments made by your agents. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user, agent and connected app in your workspace.

Prohibited uses

Do not use Coceyo to:

• break the law or help others do so, including fraud, scams and money laundering;

• create or share child sexual abuse material, or sexualize minors in any way;

• harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, or promote violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;

• develop weapons capable of mass harm, or plan violent or terrorist acts;

• create malware, break into systems or accounts, or bypass security measures;

• collect or use personal data unlawfully, monitor people without a legal basis, or build profiles of individuals without their knowledge;

• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

• deceive people about who they are dealing with, including impersonating a real person or organization, or creating disinformation and fake reviews;

• manipulate elections or democratic processes.

Emails, messages and outreach

Follow anti-spam and direct-marketing laws, such as the GDPR and ePrivacy rules. Only contact people who agreed to hear from you or with whom you have a lawful basis to communicate, include a working way to opt out, and honor opt-out requests. Do not send bulk unsolicited messages.

Phone calls and voice

Every call placed by a Coceyo voice agent starts by saying that the caller is an AI. Do not remove, hide or contradict this disclosure.

Respect the laws on calls and recordings where you and the people you call are located, including consent to record and do-not-call lists.

Do not clone or imitate a real person’s voice without their explicit consent, and never to deceive.

Important decisions

Do not let Coceyo make final decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example hiring, credit, insurance, housing, medical or legal matters) without meaningful human review. Coceyo does not provide professional legal, medical or financial advice.

Safeguards

Do not try to bypass approval rules, permissions, usage limits or other safeguards, and do not use Coceyo’s outputs to attack or overload other services.

Enforcement and reporting

If we become aware of a violation, we may limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities where the law requires it. Report misuse to contact@mindzy.me.
