Models that run in Private Mode stay on your device and involve no subprocessor.

Payments and email

Stripe — payments, subscriptions and taxes — Ireland, EU, and United States.

Resend — licence and account emails — United States.

AgentMail — email inboxes for your agents, if you use them — United States.

Operations

Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — error monitoring with personal data removed — EU data region.

E2B — isolated cloud environments for agent tasks, used as a fallback — United States.

Services you connect

Apps and channels you connect yourself, such as Google, Telegram, WhatsApp, Notion, Linear or Airtable, or a model provider you use with your own API key, are not our subprocessors: they process your data under your own agreement with them.

Updates and data processing agreement

We update this list before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Business customers can request our data processing agreement (DPA) at contact@mindzy.me.
